Fresh morning breakfast

Good morning, my lovely peeps! 

Long time no see - I'm very sorry! I know it's been a long time, but I’ve been working on some projects and I also truly needed some offline time. I have prepared many blog posts for you about what happened a few weeks ago, about Florida, about Nicaragua, and about why we silently moved back to Prague before our next trip. I’ll share everything with you and explain it in the next post. And I can now say, looking back, that it was my happiest time! Can’t wait to show you all! 


returned from Nicaragua like a different person. So many things have recently changed. That includes my eating habits which are very important for good health — now I know how much your skin reacts to what you eat and it is incredible. I used to eat junk food on daily basis. I can’t imagine eating that shit ever again. I have never followed trends, so all gluten-free, raw, bio, vegan, organic, eco, smoothies… I know it’s weird but I was avoiding these. Now I care about health and I'm trying to get more nutritional knowledge. :)

Today I want to share my new morning routine with you. You can be like an alchemist matching various ingredients to make your perfect morning starter. This time, my morning fresh shake is from the following ingredients — lemon, celery root, spinach, and apple


Spinach is a very versatile vegetable and can be eaten raw or cooked so you have many options for how to prepare it. Iron deficiency is a common cause of hair loss so if you have this problem look for natural renewal at first place. 

No need to say a word about lemons, you know it's a pretty cool vitamin bomb. 

Celery looks ugly but do not underestimate this root that is a nutrient powerhouse, highly nutritious, as with many other root vegetables (ahh and I love carrots even more!)

What you maybe didn't know about apples is that their seeds contain cyanide, very powerful poison. Eating too many apple seeds can potentially be fatal, so be careful when eating. :D









And finally, routinely consuming healthy smoothies is beneficial for a number of reasons. I want to share few of them with you. :) After reading this I hope you will be convinced that developing the habit of making healthy drinks on a daily basis is a really perfect investment.

  1. Člověk sem zavítá po delší době a tolik změn! :D Je super, že se stále držíte na cestách, moc vám fandím. Zároveň gratuluju ke zdravější stravě, já jsem pořád v té první skupince, která jemně nakročuje ke zdravějšímu jídlu, ale během sekundy se vrátí k "prasárnám". :D
    Každopádně toto smoothie vypadá hodně lákavě. ♥

  3. No abych pravdu řekla, moc vábně to nevypadá .. ale kvůli svému tělu bych to zvládla. Jistě by mi bylo vděčné :). A kam plánujete vyrazit teď ?

    1. Cokoliv je zelený a vypadá až 'moc zdravě' mě většinou spíš odrazuje, takže souhlasím, ale chuť to nemělo (možná díky tomu citronu s jablkem) špatnou. Mám menší problémy s krví a musím dostat teď do těla co nejvíc železa a další vitaminy, tak jsem si říkala, že to jako první zkusím hlavně z těch potravin. Jinak teď chvilku Evropa, jediný, co nás tu zdržuje, jsou zubaři a rovnátka. :D

  5. Tak toto vyzerá neskutočne dobre :-) Určite musím vyskúšať. Musím sa priznať, že raňajky dosť často zanedbávam čo mi dosť vadí.
